These are great. My favorite is the guy with the verbal counter offer that he wants you to resubmit.

HA! Here's a couple from my world:

- Guy that tells you he's bringing his awesome property to auction in a few weeks, so you better hurry up and make an offer before the price gets bid up (must really be a great property).

- Guy that responds to your purchase offer verbally and then asks you to make those changes to your offer and resubmit (negotiating with yourself).

and my all time favorite:
- Guy that asks you what the asking price is and then responds "Okay, now what's the REAL price?"

Absolutely. I love these guys. Wouldn't be fun to come into work if these guys didn't exist.

This guy kills me - "Guy that always needs to have a meeting with Sellers in order to try to sell them on taking a below market offer (these are usually former brokers that think they could sell ice to an Eskimo)."

This is the same guy that will attempt to marginalize your position in a deal and tell you how much you can make due to his financial constraints. We just fired one of these guys as a client last week.
